@Erq thankyou 💗2.5 - 3h per day is definitely something I have to learn to handle better. I have 1h/train so I read mostly. When I walk (30min) I listen to personal development lessons, how to communicate mostly. Granted I am Bob the sponge 🧽 and love new information.

OMG, that cake looks awesome! My sweets weaknesses are for chocolate of all types, and ice cream. TG there are delicious low-sugar 85% cacao chocolates available; and Allulose to sweeten my own decadent keto ice creams!

@gz I don’t like chocolate but boy I love ice cream 🍨 cinnamon is my fave! Available in Italy or Switzerland only (and I traveled!). It’s the only sugary stuff I really like. Oh and 🥥

soft serve vanilla ice cones my favorite but I indulge only on my bday. I do love McDonald's Mocha Frappe which I have every weekend. its something to look forward too after a week of watching my calories all week.
