Was on vacation for a week and a half and then this last week, my eating was also still on vacation. 👀🤷‍♀️😂 I’m sticking to my Keto plan, just over eating Keto snacks. Particularly, sugar free frozen yogurt. You guys, I can’t stop going...everyday! 🤦‍♀️😂🤣 But I worked out twice last week and plan on adding in an extra day this week. Working out is absolutely my problem right now. And I have to stop maintaining my weight and lose this last bit of weight to get to goal. It’s time to simply stop making my excuses and GET IT DONE! 💪💪💪
113.8 kg Lost so far: 52.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
