The stress of the last couple of weeks left my body and I got great sleep last week.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is amazing how refreshed you feel when you get good sleep. My cat likes to wake me up at 5 am...my alarm is set for 6:30. The last week, he has waited until the alarm goes off (I am not sure what has made him change 🤷🏽‍♀️)...it is AMAZING what an extra 1.5 hours a day can do to your overall energy level! Glad you are feeling better. 😊😊😊
