Well, I did wake up at 430 to go exercise, unfortunately, I didn't sit up in time and a dream captured me before I realized. So I'll do the dishes this morning that I planned to do later and hit the gym after work for a hour.
My left leg is really complaining. I thought it would be my hips (that will probably be later) so I'll take more Advil and do some stretching, hopefully it won't bother me for the day.
