had a wedding to attend today and I caved and ate what was offered at the reception....turkey dinner with stuffing and cranberry sauce 😞 I did skip the dessert though🙄
106.8 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the support....the sad part was I didn't really enjoy it😞.....as for the dessert, cupcakes are not one of my temptations and I was so full after the meal that it was an easy for go😁 and yep back at it tomorrow! Any body have a favorite keto pizza dough recipe they recommend?

I like the fathead pizza dough. But that pizza is not a "light" meal. Well maybe pizza never is a light meal.

Tks, I might try that one again, i didn't have greatluck the first time but I might have put in too much coconut flour

I usually use the recipe from diet doctor - add a few more herbs to the dough
