Another pound down! Yay! I am off to get ready for my hike with my friend Bill.

Thankful:
The scale keeps moving.

Goals:
Enjoy the hike, and my friend. Drink lots of water. Try not to get too many bug bites. Get home by 2:00 so and I can go see the Quentin movie w E.

Positive thoughts:
