A small gain. I saw the doctor July 9. He said I needed to exercise more so I join a gym on July 15. I worked out four days last week so I’m a little disappointed that I gain weight instead of loosing it. I think it’s cause I ate a little more than normal because after exercising I was hungry more often.
151.6 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
