Was a little surprised by that number this morning. Seems like I am on a lose one week and gain the next week cycle. Since I gained this week I will have to be more careful this week and make sure I am tracking everything. I'll get there, it's a life journey.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
