Been eating bits of Blueberry pie my weakness. I’m worried the pounds will creep in.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 30.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

for me it works best to just set off a day where i will have my "weakness" of choice and then get it over with. blueberry pie is very good!
