I have been bouncing between 219 and 221 for the last 2 weeks. I have not changed my eating habits so I am not sure why the bouncing. But I am glad to see it going in the right direction.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had the same problem being stuck on 200 but I realized the MUSCLE weighs MORE than fat and I started using weights not just cardio, biking and swimming with my work outs so that could be it? But I have lost 6 pds in 2 weeks eating clean NO carbs hardly at all, except vegsand not sugar except some good sugars like fruit and fish and meat no fat. I stay at 1200 calories a day and don't eat unless I am HUNGRY I have a problem with munching all day and eating because I was BORED but NOT anymore

I have recently been do more weight in my workout. I am limiting carbs and fats. But I can't not eat unless I am hungry. If I did I would starve to death lol. Do to medical issues and medications I have no appetite. I have to force myself to eat when I take meds. But I have found a fairly good balance for me personally. I can still have my chocolate, in moderation, and still keep my carbs low.

Your body normally fluctuates a few pounds day to day. Doc has told me to weigh at the same time and average a weight over several days. I only assume a loss or gain if the average remains at that weight for numerous days.
