Read the scale wrong this morning. Actually my weight remained constant over the last month without recording my food here. Still, it didn't drop, so I do need to watch overall caloric intake while still eating low carb.
121.7 kg Lost so far: 28.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
