Sleeping well after Texas trip.
Also a lot of Vitamin D3 from Texas Sun.
Spent at Swimming Pool Daily.
Feeling residual effects from previous weeks.
And Current Clean Eating & Hydration.
66.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
