Went to NY for a month on a working vacation. Was probably closer to 219 when I left. In a good mindspace again with a reset so looking forward to some changes. Little by little.

Day 1.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
