Up today but I very much enjoyed the deep dish pizza, beer, and ice cream cone dipped in sprinkles that I had last night! I went swimming with my kid and then to a special workout at the gym. It was a pretty good day!
115.2 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
