YES!! I have gone back to the plan of what I did when I first lost the weight years ago. There are so many weight loss techniques and theories out there it is amazing. However when you find the one for you stick with it.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree.. at least until you can get the weight off and then find a way of eating that will help maintain the weight drop without making you feel deprived. About 30 years ago, I dropped 30 pounds with Slimfast drinks and Healthy Choice meals and replacing snacks with all low calorie foods that were quick and easy. BUT I was also working and getting in exercise daily from my job.. so the weight fell off almost effortlessly. Now that I am a senior citizen and have physical constrictions and other health issues.. its a whole new ballgame. But I have thought many times that I might do well once again on the Slimfast/Healthy choice plan I devised years ago cause I worked and had little time to cook or work out.
