I ate out way more this week than I had originally planned for. Every time I eat out I have a weight gain, maybe the salt? Who knows. Today is my regroup day and get reorganized for the next week.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
