I am happy to see a weight loss after last weeks gain. Also knowing that I am going to back to my regular schedule is good. However it shows me that if things are not normal I have to work a little harder to do what I need to do to take care of myself.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
