A nice blue line— now what?

Thanks, my thought is to keep going with the plan as is until progress stops or until end of July then reevaluate. I started this run at beginning of March with my July trip in mind. With a 5 month window available I finally committied to being all in, for real this time lol, zero cheats, track everything and 16/8 intermittent fasting/keto, no exceptions. I figured if it didn't work I didn't want to wonder which thing I did wrong this time. And with this level of commitment I sure as hell didn't want to mess it up and end up wasting the effort. Turns out the longer I went, I saw that this was a key (the other is Fatsecret, no way I could've done it without that, the data has been invaluable and kept me honest). So I happened upon a nice positive feedback loop even if it was based on being terrified of what I would think of myself if I failed, but I guess fear can be a good motivator. I've certainly learned lots about myself, what I can do through self honesty, discipline and commitment, I think this will pay off in other ways besides diet. It worked though, where nothing else had. I had lost about 80 pounds overall but 50 of that happened about 8 years ago. Over the next 4 years I managed to take off another 10 but have been trying to break through ever since with very little results to show for it until now. I don't think I've been at this weight since the 80s, and even then it's a better quality than back then if that makes sense. In any case, I don't really know a final weight. I wish I knew my body fat percentage but I've had no real luck measuring that. Seems like I'm somewhere between 18 and 22 maybe, if I could get down to 12-15% that's probably as low as I would want to go, so maybe another 10 lbs? Once I get to whatever feels like a good place I'll probably keep doing the same thing, just dial up the calories to maintain, that will be a weird thing for me to experience that's for sure.
