When people don’t plan for the future, they find a flaw on cico

Oh you took it here. Well, my issue with cico is the water retention or whatever that makes the weight fluctuate way more than my calories would give an impression of. I am calculative and would love my scale to report correct numbers instead of jumping up and down. That being said, in all seriousness CICO is by far the cleanest way of explaining how to lose weight. Count them and eat less than you burn.

Water weight, just accept and move on

That was the only reason I kept posting, it already had some 110-120 comments 🤣

I know that when I eat around 100 grams of carbs in a day I lose water weight, cause my usual carb intake (carbs hold a lot of water) is 170 grams -250 grams a day

What people also don’t take into consideration is that by exercising one gains muscle and even though you might not see much change in the scale there is physical change

I do get the muscle comment, but if your intake is less than your burn, even if you build muscle, you still lose weight. Now, exercise does indeed cause your body to retain more water in the short term.... Well, at least that's my observation.

The only thing people should focus on is being patient, never make drastic changes, always be consistent, and never lie to themselves

I agree with ur observation

Even reading about this is kinda draining, don’t understand how they don’t see the viscous cycle 🔄

I haven't done the clean eating yet so I'm safe 🤣 I should probably start caring about my minerals and vitamins though. 🙄

No binge eating here, staying below my RDI and trying to be patient. I trust you, Rosio, because I know you, and many others here, speak from experience.
