I am working hard on really being cognizant of what I am eating and my exercise. The thing I have taken notice of this week is supplements. I have quit taking one because I really looked at the "other" ingredients and found the first one was corn syrup. So just making small but lasting changes.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
