Happy happy Sunday....rest day for my endorphins....as well as my legs...upper legs are telling me..that yesterday’s ride on zwift was more elevation in one session then they are use to...but...if my body was rested enough...I’d be on zwift again today...looking for the next hill workout...already have one in mind for Monday...

Today is prep day for chicken breasts...also clean bike chain..on road bike/kickr core trainer...catch up day to be prepped for the next week...also...checking in closet...to place order on amazon..out of protein..creatine..electrolytes..and energy gel..order ahead for 3 months..stock up my closet...my supply store at home..

Was gonna go for short ride outside this morning...but decided..just to take off...if my body would take it...and still perform like it needs to on my workouts on zwift..I would ride everyday...but ...I know my body needs the rest to recover..something that I had to learn..but once I seen the benefits of allowing my body rest days...it was worth it...

Welp..time to have breakfast...and get this day started..once again..and watch it rain later...
