I’ve missed you all and I admit, I’m here to lean on you.

I made a series of choices and have spent the past six months simply existing. Between changing jobs and living arrangements and dropping out of the gym, it’s become difficult to do anything extra in a day and I have gained every ounce of my weight back.

I am angry with myself but not enough that it has spurred me back into action. I don’t know what it’s going to take, all I know is I’ve got to get a grasp on this and fast!
122.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 43.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

Yo-yo-ing is something that most folks here understand. You can lose the weight!

never give up. that's the main thing. anger probably, if you're like me, will make you eat more. acceptance and action are where I have to get to make improvements. set a long term goal for end of year, then short term goals to reach it. come up with a big reward for your self for end of year. maybe something you've always wanted to do but felt you were too overweight to do. something to really look forward to.
