Check your own numbers (yeah I know it sucks that Fat Secret does not match up the weight with the macros for you), but, what I have noticed is that my 'results' are exponentially better the longer the 'diet streak'. The longer I put off the 'carb up' the better I do. You're on a 'diet streak' right now 👍🏾

yes you're so right! Adef it seems like me and you have a similar pattern sometimes lol...maybe we should challenge each other to go two weeks without binging? lol

I'm toying with the idea of one cheat item every two weeks or something to see if it stops my binges...have you ever tried that? I'm nervous to even try haha

I think the binging is caused by guilt and/or deprivation...so maybe if I didn't feel guilty or deprived I wouldn't go crazy?

It’s all about building things that you like into your diet as a PLANNED food item but will only work IF you can master portion control and moderation. A lifetime of a guilt/deprivation WOE WILL not work EVER.

@Sharons Victory - Wow, ok that would definately get the job done :) Ok I'm in! No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks!
