I never lose three pounds in one week. I had to weigh twice to make sure. Yippee! Hopefully it doesn't rear its ugly head again and come back next week lol.
114.2 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
