Lost my way this week..big time!.. Back on the horse and keep on going. This is important to me and I can do it.
Ok..no kicking myself about.
No food diary entries this week.
Moving forward again..............

82.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg. Still to go: 18.9 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 1.7 kg a Week
