Hey all!
No, I didn't fall off the face of the earth. Just wondered if it was turning into habits, or if I needed the constant counting of calories and checking of macros to keep the weight right.
Seems like I'm doing things properly, a light loss, and I am very happy.
I'll keep coming from time to time, but I don't intend to be a regular, I think part of the objective of this site/app is to learn how to do things and then drop it (otherwise, it risks turning into an obsession, no?).
