Pale green lichen, like Rorschach blots, decorate the wet trunks in the bare wood. Unseasonable warmth trapped under a likewise pale convexity of gray above. The birds are feasting like some wild hoard of wing-headed vikings after successful plunder. No movement on the scale, but I've definitely lost another pants size; I'll just keep my fingers crossed I don't lose a hat size.

Found some videos by Mike Change on Youtube. I like the 5 minute ab workout and the 5 minute core workout. They are really hard to complete in five minutes non-stop. They're a good challenge.
