Thank you guys for the support, I may be losing muscle, but it doesn't matter, as long as we are losing weight we are happy, don't we? 😀😂😜

I had a little deficit last week, I am trying to eat at maintenance this week. And I am hoping to start exercising tomorrow, as a mother's day present 😁, I don't want to lose my little bit os muscles.

Haha Moopie, the thing is that we always get excited when we lose weight because "we lost fat" and when we gain weight "it's water weight " How can we be really sure? If we stop exercising we will lose some muscle, or at least it's what I think. 🤔🤷‍♀️

Depends how fast we’re losing/gaining. When my weight fluctuates by more than a lb a day I know it’s mostly water.
