I've been changing up my diet and trying to eat more protein. I'm pleased with the results that I got by doing that. Oh and even more exciting: I got to the green line, YAY!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
