Slight increase in my weight today. I dont think its too bad considering the bonding time I had with my kid and the "treats" we had. I had a few too many though. Nice to know that even with CICO I can have some treats, otherwise I would never make it.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
