I'm down a pound... I can't wait to take my three month blood work. My blood sugars have been low and I'm hoping my A1c will very close to the normal range. No workouts today. I'll get an extra one in on tomorrow, maybe. Be well, everyone.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats with your pound. Make sure to fast before your test. Most people need around 6 months for thing to stabilize well on keto. But hopefully improvement by three months
