Heavy workload today, yet no added stress. I got through the day and felt good about my accomplishments. I am finally learning how to take each day in stride. I enjoy working out in the pool. I am going to sleep like a baby.

Wonderful that you had a good time in the pool. I went swimming and pool walking a couple of days ago and I still feel it. But it was fun
