So here I am on the eve to end a 17 month journey to lose 100 lbs! Weighed in at 184 today and I started this Nov 27, 2017 at 283lbs. It has tested my will power, made me stronger, made me more in tune with my body and learned how to listen to aches and pains, cravings, and to never doubt myself that anything you put your mind to is achievable! When I hit the magical 100 in the next day or two, I will post a before and after pic to share with you all. I'm not too proud of the before pic but it's just as important as the after pic... it's always a good reminder to remember where you started and what you had to overcome (like plateaus that last a month!) and the will power you have to summon to get on the treadmill everyday, every MF Day... or to put the snacks you just picked up back into the cupboard because you already had enough... So I hope if you are fighting the good fight and have those days or weeks that it just doesn't seem to be working, stay the course and those plateaus will pass, and the hard work you put in to getting to the true you will pay off!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 44.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
