I'm a working chef that has always struggled with my weight since a motorcycle accident 27 years ago. 2 years ago after recovering from an injury I started to train again to lose weight only to blow out my knee while running in the park. 6 Months of doing my best to take it easy, work on my feet so it's kind of hard, but managed to get back on a elliptical then back to some walk run on the treadmill. I had gotten down to 250lbs but went back up to 283 lbs in the few months after hurting my knee. Went keto for 6 months and lost a lot of weight but it was never a diet plan that I was wanting to stick to so I took it easy for the summer and enjoyed but maintained my weight at 220lbs... did a some research into the proper macros for my body type and started back at it hard in December of 2018. My goal was 3100 cal burn everyday, and ate the minimum Cals from 1400 up to 2150 a day at 190 lbs 19% body fat. 15lbs to go.... I have gone through many plateaus in weight loss but now that I've got my macros figured out the weight is dropping fast as it can and sometimes I don't know how I'm going to eat all the food I'm supposed to for the day! I trust in my diet and don't worry as much about what the scale says as everyday I'm looking leaner and leaner. I eat around 200 gr Ncarbs, 70 gr fat, and 140 gr protein per day... I run 5 km a day and power walk 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day on the treadmill, every other day I weight train 1 hour a day.

I have created quite a few recipes that are mostly around 500 cals. I'm just now starting to post the recipes I've created.
