Considering all the traveling I have been doing and eating out, I am very happy at this moment. I have been exercising more and am feeling good, so hopefully the weight will start to come off.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
