A change in my diet totally effects how I feel. My energy is sluggish this morning. It happens, "we fall down and we get up" and that's what I'm doing, getting back on my plan once again. I find that I JUST don't make an effort to pack my meals when I have a conference or a meeting with meals included. There is no reason why I can't bring my meals, I just don't. :( I'm working on doing better.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
