Happy happy rainy Wednesday...positive thoughts to everyone...

Rainy day here...

Last load to move for a friend today...rest has to be done with a pickup..and other guys able to lift the stuff..

Hopefully I can get a ride on the trainer later..and if not then Thursday for sure..missing my riding time..but weight hasn’t moved ...So must be moving enough...that I’m keeping the body burning....

My body is tired ...I can tell...getting harder to get outta bed each day..not sore or hurting..just exhausted...

Gotta get going once again...have a positive day...
