Two full days of rest was just what the doctor ordered. I slept a solid 10 hours last night. The weather is turning wintery now, so I'm going to set up the indoor bike trainer and use it until the daytime air temperature gets back above 10ºC.

Worked hard and exercised hard today. I almost have enough ground area grubbed and stumped for 6 new fruit trees. Grubbing and stumping by hand is really hard work, but there's nothing like looking back at what you did and feeling a sense of accomplishment.

I increased my repetitions to 33 X 3 sets for about a third of the big 20 weight training exercises today. I was doing 25 X 3 for all of them. Had a huge calorie burn today due to the farm work.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
