Out working 8:00 am to 2:00, heavy lifting, that should be the end of that.
Expected to be home for lunch so didn't take anything with me. Ate 80g of peanuts which is not the kind of carb I want but they were available. Note to self...take lunch and water with me always!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is ok to not eat and, peanuts are ok too. it has protein and fats that you need. but water is essential. I fast every day a minimum 16 hrs and I am coming up on 96 hrs of fasting (yup 4 days). It has amazing benefits! :-)

True! I always keep a hard boiled egg in my bag. It keeps for the whole morning and it i get hungry, i peel it and eat it instead of bad stuff. If not, i add it to my salad at night!
