Ok, @Katie71, you've been hovering around this same spot for about two weeks now. Time to move on down BELOW that dashed line. C'mon, you can do it! Your scale is just so used to seeing itself in the 280's that it is stuck there. When is your surgery? Are you getting ENOUGH calories for your body to not think there is a famine coming in the land? If not, it will hang onto those calories like Popeye with his can of spinach.

😁😁😁😁 Surgery is coming up in about a week!! 4-18-19 is my lucky day!! I do feel stuck, I am trying a slightly higher calorie goal to see if that's the issue but...I clearly have no clue what is going to work right now lol!
