Slept 7.5 hours last night. Maybe the massive slough of water is drawing nigh its end. Same caloric burn yesterday, but only one pound lost. Created a menu for the coming two weeks and did some grocery shopping. The bill was $150.00 for 3 weeks of eating for me, and two others. Cold this morning at -3C. Hope it warms up enough so I can ride.

The temperature never rose above 7C so I did not ride. I hand stumped for 3 hours though, cleaned the house and barn. Will do a double weight training tonight. Good enough for a Sunday, and I am a little tired because I woke up early.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
