Got a break today in a busy week of paperwork. I stayed close to my meal plan and have been drinking water and one or two cups of tea or coffee each day. I feel great and have been getting compliments on my weight loss. I just want to be able to run my grandbabies around the park this summer.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

One of my new Positive Affirmations in the "Swimsuit Slimdown" challenge this week is, "I'm an OUTDOOR Grammie now!" I've always told my little grand daughter that whenever she wanted to do something outside, my friends Jeannie & Joannie were her "OUTDOOR FRIENDS," and I was her "INDOOR GRAMMIE," because I would get so over-heated with all the extra weight on me! This year will be different!
