After weight training @ 20:45 yesterday I definitely had a hollow feeling in my stomach, but it went away after I ate. I had steamed green beans with home made salsa picante and two mugs of coffee this morning. Slept 8.5 hours. I plan to ride 7.5 miles today. It will be a good test to see if 48F is too cold for me to ride. I love it too much to just stop when there's a chance I can still get out on the bike. Also have trees to fell and wood to split today. Maybe clean part of the barn so the tractor will fit in better.

I rode today, no problems. Me feet were just a little cold. I worked 6 hours splitting, carting and stacking wood, as well as starting in on the barn and regular housework which I did for 2 hours. I was occupied during my normal weight training time and then it got too late to do it, so I will need a double tomorrow. I was hungry before eating dinner at 20:30, but it felt good to be a little hungry. I was tired when I got into bed at 00:30 and it felt good too.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
