Siegels's Journal, 01 Apr 19

I know there is only one reason for my lack of progress. I'm eating more and doing less than I should. After daily tracking since Jan 2012, I'm clearly not being honest/accurate lately. Diet calender says I should have lost 2 pounds of fat in March. Scale calls out my BS and says, "not really".

it's not realistic to think something will change with my body unless something changes in my head. No surgery (which I think was a good decision), no changes at work (bad), no changes at home (mixed). What's the "no" common denominator?

I don't have the answers. I know I'm tired all the time and I'm not being effective at work. I know that no one else can fix any of it. So, off to the gym and prepare for another day, mentally and physically. I'll try to make one good decision, do one productive action, and give one act of kindness. One day at a time.
