I’m kind of over the up and down. 😡 I am still not able to go the the bathroom and truly feel weighed down. Then it is also shark week so I already gain a typically 2-3 in that week before I lose again ughhhhh. Ok. Now that I got that out, I feel better. 😂😂😂 Here’s to a week of hard work, proper nutrition and getting back into a workout routine!
