having an off day. really don't feel like eating.
so I have a question .
is it OK to IF for a whole day if you really don't want to eat? granted really all I want to do is sleep.
not sure what this is but surely it's OK to skip one day of food?
83.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe you could try to eat something small and drink some water to stay hydrated.

it is perfectly fine to fast.

thanks guys I chose to just chill and do lime water all day. now sleep and maybe a more fitting appetite tomorrow. good night all

Fasting is good but drink lots of water like 4 litres or so.
