so for the last few days the weight moves very little and I'm testing ketones first thing in the morning before weigh in . sticking to program and ketosis in the .5 range . A little frustrating.
But today weight stayed same and ketone are finally in the 2.5 to 3.0 range yay let's see how this works now lol.
Still hanging in there.

Addendum...... 184.4 back on the down swing lol patience perseveres .I quite often forget to log in my exercise because it is all just daily life stuff. With my back the gym is not an option without a physio-therapist. So I do chair and yoga occasionally but have to reserve most of my energy for simple tasks like vacuuming which I forget is calorie burning as well. oh well it's working and that makes this a great day. Thank you to everyone for the support it keeps me focused and accountable. Greatly appreciated.

That is nice to hear. Ketones are good news. Now lets hope for body fat burning!!!!!
