Typical gain after the weekend :(, which had its ups & downs. Had such fun Sat night at Halloween Party, but then the resulting struggles on Sun because of the lack of sleep & hangover (yes, after even just 1 glass of wine... ok it was a pretty big one!). Ready to take on another week though & trying a 3-day cleanse starting tomo from a local raw food restaurant -- hoping to cleanse away the remnants from the weekend & start the holiday season right. Happy Veterans Day all & thanks to all who are working/have worked so hard defending our country!
55.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
