Stomach very upset today, did not want to eat anything, but had some lunch.
Mint tea all I could take.
The Quesadilla last night with lots of salt and carbs drove my weight up again.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
