I am going to miss this evening group fitness class because of a prior engagement. This morning, when I realized I would be missing it, I was so MAD! :) I then laughed my @$$. I have finally got to the point in my new lifestyle that I am actually getting mad when I DONT get to work out, rather than when I do. Love it!!
I will be kicking the treadmill's ass this evening. I'm trying to make a point to run on it 3 times a week to get in more cardio. The group training I am participating in deals mostly with weight etc. Doesnt do much for steady cardio. Its great in and of itsself but I feel like I would be getting better / faster results if I could throw some more rapid heart rate routines into the mix.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel the same way ,I missed the gym for 3 days straight and tonight I'm gonna have to miss it again, I did so good last week , I lost 1.6kg , but this week I'm doing really bad , I'm going to try to catchup this wkd, then Tuesday when I get on the scale I won't get to disappointed
